ANMÄLAN TILL NORDISKA MÄSTERSKAPEN I MATHANTVERK – NORDIC ARTISAN FOOD AWARDS - NAFA
Anmälningsavgiften är 300 kr (ex moms) per tävlingsbidrag.
Anmälan är bindande och avgiften faktureras för alla anmälda och godkända bidrag, även om dessa sedan inte lämnas in till tävlingen. Vi tar inte emot några oanmälda produkter på plats. Sista anmälningsdag är 25 juli.
För att vara med i tävlingen ska din anmälan ha kommit till Eldrimner inom anmälningstiden och vara komplett med ingrediensförteckning/ar, namn på samtliga tävlingsbidrag samt eventuell övrig information som krävs för respektive klass enligt instruktioner i anmälningsformuläret.
I anmälan ska alla kryddor som använts i produkten anges, även alla ingredienser i kryddblandningar. Ingrediensförteckningen ska vara i fallande ordning i enlighet med livsmedelslagstiftningen. Skulle någon förändring i innehållet ske måste tävlingsledningen meddelas. Ingredienserna i den anmälda produkten måste vara identiska med innehållet i den produkt som finns ute i handeln och den som lämnas in till tävlingen.
I de fall där flera företag medverkar i tillverkningen av produkten måste alla steg vara hantverksmässiga och produkten ska anmälas av företagen gemensamt.
En startlista över alla deltagande företag kommer att publiceras på eldrimner.com två veckor före tävlingen. Bekräftelse på deltagande skickas via mejl ut efter sista anmälningsdag och senast två veckor innan tävlingen. Det är viktigt att du hör av dig till tävlingsledningen om du inte fått denna bekräftelse. Faktura skickas separat efter tävlingen.
REGISTRATION FOR THE NORDIC ARTISAN FOOD AWARDS
The entry fee is 300 SEK (ex VAT) per entry.
The registration is binding, and the fee will be invoiced for all registered and approved entries, even if they are not submitted to the competition. We do not accept any unregistered products on site. The closing date for entries is July 25th.
To be eligible for the competition, your entry must be received by Eldrimner within the entry deadline and be complete with the list(s) of ingredients, the names of all entries and any other information required according to what is stated in the registration form.
All spices used in the product, including all ingredients in spice mixtures, must be included in the list of ingrediens of the registration. The list of ingredients shall be in descending order in accordance with food law. Should there be any change in the contents, the competition management must be notified. The ingredients in the product entered must be identical to those in the product available on the market and the one entered in the competition.
In case more than one company is involved in the production of the product, all steps must be artisanal and the product must be entered jointly by the companies.
A list of all participating companies will be published on eldrimner.com two weeks before the competition. Confirmation of participation will be sent by e-mail after the closing date and at the latest two weeks before the competition. It is important that you contact the competition management if you have not received this confirmation. An invoice will be sent separately after the competition.
